Unable to say anything but positives about bershire autoworks and Saj!
After being messed about by a previous garage my faith in car dealers was at an all time low, until I came across BAW and Saj on auto trader !!
From the first phone call right up to the point of delivery the service was first class. Had to wait a few weeks for the car due to the timing chain needing to be replaced (something that Saj didnt need to tell me as it was only identified as having a slight rattle) to the point of delivery at 11.30pm last night from Saj himself !
The car was exactly as described with nothing hidden or not declared.
You guys have restored my faith that it is possible to find an honest car salesman !

Bought a vw tiguan over the phone Omar was superb with information and knowledge talking me through the process with no pressure also went the extra mile to ensure all aspects were comfortable for me checking service records were up to date keeping me informed during the process explaining everything that was happening. Brilliant service. Car was purchased from my home address today as they were dropping off a vehicle in the area. Agreed a price before seeing the vehicle which was around what I wanted and once checking over the car, small drive around and a chat a good deal for both parties was agreed. Highly recommend Berkshire autoworks! I found a car that I’d been searching for and I was not disappointed once I went to view and test drive the car! The pictures and descriptions in the advertisement were spot on. The car was in great condition inside and out for the age of the car and, it drove very well!! Omar was very helpful and knowledgeable he went through so much information about the car what to look for and general wear and tear that occurs, he was very honest about every detail. I did not feel pressure at any point during our visit and he made us feel 100% confident to buy from his dealership. All of his team were friendly and welcoming.

I can highly recommend this garage, as they are enthusiast lead rather than just looking for a quick sale.
